me and my family live off of my tips, is it o.k. for corporation to change tips policy after i have been there for seven and a half years? what if i have to split tips with proprietors wife? what if she was the main catalyst for the change? i have also been ordering the liquor and wine for 2 years for a small raise with the promise of a BONUS check,yet i have not recieved one Bonus cent to this date. And there is one more legal question, I have trained more people than i can count,however i have never been paid for the actual training of new bartenders. Someone please help me , do i have a case?

Probably not, unless you have a contract setting your rate, which is unlikely. You ar an at will employee and they can change the payment policies as long as you are being paid the applicable minimum wage.
