Employment

I am no longer employed by a company that has sent correspondence to the public with my name and electronic signature. This occured even after I told them it was a misrepresnation. What is my recourse

There is really no way to answer this without having some additional information (like what the letter says). You should contact the company immediately and in writing and tell them to stop using your name on letters. If they are doing so for commercial purposes, you may have a claim against them.
