Entering Hotel Room

Are hotel/motel/resort staff allowed to enter, pack and move your personal belongings to another location without your knowledge or authorization: verbal, written, implied directly or indirectly, nothing stated at time of check in or during time of booking reservations regarding possible moves during stay. Also, how many times can a resort charge for the cost of the room,to the same party during the same stay? (Not believeing 3 to be the answer)

The problem is, what can you do about it? Are you willing to come back into the city to pursue a case? What are your damages? That is why they get away with it. Bill Stern
