Fraud fromValued Guest to their customers.

I have worked for Doubletree hotels since 2002 in miami and orlando. I have come across hundreds of guests that have booked their vacation through valued guest from their countries overseas in mexico, colombia, venezuela and so on. The guest pays for everything from their country. The company Valued guest sends them their receipts, confirmations, and vouchers for what they have paid for on their vacation to FL. When they arrive even though they have confirmations on paper the guest do not get their rental cars, hotel rooms or theme park tickets and they spend half their time arguing with the company wondering what happened to all the money they paid for a car, and ex: they would have confirmation for 2 rooms and only receive one room(not the hotels fault)because the hotel received payment for one room and a reservation for one room.

contact the authorities. Might be wire or mail fraud involved, so try the postal inspectors and the FBI.
