installation of cameras

Is it legal in the State of Florida to install a camera in the men's restroom? A bulletin board is in place in the men's room and it has been said that flyers were removed from this board. This is the reason given for the installation of this camera.

No, it is not proer -- but the case may turn on where the camera is and what can be seen and who looks at it and whether there is notice given about the camera's presence. If the camera is visible and if its presence is announced and disclosed, then you may not have a case. Damages are toiugh here. We have handled a simnilar case, but the camera was in the women's room -- supposedly to catch smokers.
