Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

An insurance company sent paperwork containing mine & my spouse birthdate & driver license # to our rental property address & mail was opened by the tenants. This same problem occured last year & our local insurance broker stated problem would be resolved. Apparently this did not carry over for the renewal period. Isn't this a HIPPA violation? Do we have any legal recourse?

No. Not a hipaa violation. No legal recourse unless you suffer some damages. Put your request in writing to the insurance company certified return receipt requested.
