What kind of Attorney do I need?
Hi! I was involved in a accident.The person admitted in court he ran the red light.The Insurance company coerced me into signing a release.They did not pay for my car or my medical bills in full. By Law they had to pay.I am looking for a attorney to represent me in charging the Insurance Company with Fraud ,Racketeering,Profiteering and Conspiracy.I was paid nothing for my facial scarring,lost wages and severe physical pain and mental anguish.The company commited a ''CRIME''.I need a civil lawyer for the civil part as well as a seasoned prosecutor to charge the insurance company with the criminal act. Please let me know what attorney I will need and if they are available in the Tampa Bay Florida area.I was represented by a attorney who failed to properly represent my interests. You need a civil trial lawyer who does personaql injury cases. You have a VERY difficult case because you signed a release.
