Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Can a Lawyer disclose private information to the press about his client?

Can a lawyer give out private information about his client that would put him in jeapordy? does that break attorney/client confidentiality somehow?

Hi:

From what little you have explained it appears that this is a substantial breach of the attorney client confidence, however, it really depends on the facts and circumstances. I believe you should contact an attorney or I will be happy to discuss this in further detail should you wish to contact me.

Good luck
