Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Lawyer Misbills,Overcharges,Not Ethical

The attorney I hired to handle my divorce quoted on the contract 750. to 1000. for an uncontested divorce. I caught them overbilling me for incorrect attorney fees more than the agreed upon fee. They charged things to my account that were not mine, and never credited this. Due to a typo on my income deduction order, I have received less than half of my child support from my ex-husband. They changed attorneys on me half way through my case, informing me only by a letter, and then switched again. They have now charged me more than double the fee stated on my contract. Do I have any legal options to take action against this law firm or to recover some of my fees?
