Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Lending money

I lent a sub corp 150,000 withiut anything being signed, howevwe I do have copies of checks showing they have paid the interest on it and some principle, I also have the copies to show the money was wire transfered in two paets to the bus account I sent a demand letter, can I sue them for the balance and if so what would be my procedure? Thank you for your help

Yes. Proof is slim and the risk of loss is greater than it would be without a written agreement, however.
