letter of protection

what happens to lops when i dismiss my lawyer? Do they automatically cancel or is he still responsible if he doesn't send out a rescission?

The lawyer is not responsible for the LOPs. You are responsible for the bills. Firing the lawyer does not cancel the LOPs.
