Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

I go to a local clinic daily for treatment, There are "moonlighting" officers on the premises, which I do not mind, except for a particular officer that is very aggressive and at times belligerent, Being that these officers are on the a private treatment clinic, is this a violation of the doctor\patient confidentiality? Or any violation of my rights. Is there a ruling or reference material? Thank You. state of Florida.
