Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
i am a major shareholder in a small company ready to explode. (public otcqx)
funders pr.. will fund up to 2 mill if all criterea are met...they were all met..
they have given the co. 800k but now claim they can give no more...
they will put the co. out of biz.
is there a claim? thank you jesse

Look for funding elsewhere. Read the funding documents over. That is what controls the situation. Your question is confusing. Are you asking if their claim is valid, or whether you have a claim against them? I doubt you have a claim against them but you need to read the documents.
