medical confidential info

if person claims that he or she s medical info was talked about outside the medical clinic and accuse a nurse of this infraction should that nurse seek legal help knowing that its not true.and attack the accuser with a law suit

If you work for a hospital, you should report the matter to the Hospital's risk management department. If you work for a doctor, you should report it to him. In both cases, they will contact their insurance company, that covers you. In the event that a claim or complaint is made, you should be provided coverage by the insurance company.
