Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

money

i have started my own fence business and my stepfather is letting me use his flatbed truck to work. i went to a rental company that took my credit card and then denied it because i was driving my fathers truck. later they billed my company account 469.73 that he owed them. is there anything i can do legally to take action against them and possibly get back more than they took to teach them a lesson. just wondering

You might have a law suit here; talk to a local attorney who can litigate for you locally.
