Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
Needing a document to authorize a person to make decisions on my health as well as in the event of my demise she will make sure my adult son get's my share of property and any benefits due me coming from OPM retirement will be split 60% to go to Son and 40% to living spouse.
