What are my options please

I blacked out while at a club downtown. I woke immediatly(either came from a drug in my drink or not eating with consumption of alcohol)When the EMT's came they were making comments abou me being overweight saying they were going to make throwing their back out worth there time. On top of it he was squeezing my arm as hard as he could. No apparent reason. I told him to stop he wouldnt. I now have severe bruising to both my arms but mainly the left one.Its not a personal injury case but can I not make a small case from it? they had pushed my friend out of the way and wouldnt let her near us and also wouldnt let he ride in ambulance. I can remember everythin they said mkaing unethical comments the whole time.

You don't really have any options. The cost to bring a claim of negligent medical care so far exceeds the value of your claim, even if you could prove it, which I doubt is really possible, that it does not make sense to bring the claim.
