Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

My personal benefits information was disclosed without my authorization which resulted in my losing my housing assistance. Is this a violation under HIPPA, and if so, should I sue?

I am not sure how that could have caused you to lose the housing assistance. If you were not entitled to the assistance and were receiving it improperly then that is not a damage.
