Pornography on my gps
I bought a new gps garmin 680 nuvi in april from best buy . I was playing around with the gps and was checking what was factory installed on the unit. I found around 10 or more pornograph picture of nude girls. We can prove that the picture were put on before i bought it. I believe i have a big lawsuit either against best buy and garmin.

No -- you do not have a big lawsuit. You don't have a lawsuit at all. You have no damage, no injury at all. It is "claims" like these that push legislatures to enact "tort reform" that harm people with real claims and real injuries. Why would you want to sue? What would you sue for and why would you believe that Garmin should pay you anything? If you don't like the product then take it back. They will give you your money back or replace the unit. What more would you possibly want because you saw oictures of ten naked women?
