Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

What is Pre-Paid Insurance for lawyer representation.

I have been approached by someone selling Pre-Paid Insurance, if I buy, I will be entitled to free lawyer representation if I ever need it. Initial fee is $36.00 and then it is $26.00 per month. Is this a legitimate deal? I have never heard of it before.

It could be, but we have no way of telling from the information you gave here. Or it could just be a scam.

The question is: what do you get for your money? What is covered and what is excluded? The quality of service is also open to question.

As a consumer, you should expect that you will get what you pay for. What lawyers do you know who would work for those rates? I do not know any.

Hope this helps.
