If mail is addressed to me c/o
my company name and address, is my company permitted to open the mail?
If mail is addressed to my company name & address and marked Att: to me, is my c ompany permitted to open the mail?

It depends on your company privacy policies. Generally, mail sent to you may not be opened. However, if the company has a privacy policy that tells you that you have no right of privacy to mail addressed to you at the company, then they can open it. Same principle applies to e-mail.
