Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
No product received - No reimbursement
I placed an order for a product over the Internet. It was mailed by the merchant via the US Post Office. It was not insured by the merchant. I recevied an empty envelope that had no contents. I already paid for the product via credit card. The Post Office verfied and documented that they were delivering an open, empty envelope and stamped it ''Received without Contents''. I'm believe I'm entitled a refund but the merchant tells me the Post Office is responsible and the Post Office tells me the merchant is responsible. Can you tell me if either of the are? Thanks.
