Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

psychotherapist violated privacy

psychotherapist violated boundaries by asking for loans, promising employment, recruiting a patient for job, then not paying for them with witnesses present-the patient has had enough and says no to a 5000 dollar loan-therapist contacts opposing counsel (nasty divorce), THE EX HUSBAND AND EVEN the father of patient with lies with maliscious statements, damaging, unsubstanciated character attacks (all recorded)and witnesses. Therapist wouldn't treat Black patients stating racist reasons and she is also extremely anti-semetic. Question?: violation of privacy is obvious and violation of judge orders regarding return of sealed documents and no contact

is provable. But she also administered meds w/o license, left documents at my door against court order after I denied her a 5000 loan. She called my father after he had open heart surgery slandering me ALMOST KILLING HIM-

I was going through a divorce, she saw my financials & I pressume I became a target. She borrowed money and abused my confidence. She talked about her patience with me and others and later talked about me when I refused to lend her money. She often showed up drunk to sessions, was drunk every evening, She dispensed RX w/o license, Stole my SLE meds. advise:

Re: psychotherapist violated privacy

report her to ACHA. See an attorney, although your damages are not clear at this point. Your attorney in the divorce should be able to handle this issue before the family court as well.
