Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

I have a question I had a baby on the 10th of this month and after I got home I found out that a nurse had got into my medical records and and told my ex boyfriend that I had a baby because he thinks the baby is his is there anything I can do about that? Thank you

Likely is a breach of HIPAA, but it does not give you a cause of action.
