Realtor in breach of selling contract
My house is on the market for 750,000 we told
the realtor that they need to make sure
everyone thats come to look at the home is prequalified before they come thru. she did not
do that, and she has no information about
them

It does not sound like you have any damages whasoever; therefore, there is no claim to bring. Get a new realtor if you are not satisfied with yours.
