Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
I received a Subpoena from the FBI and they want all my business and corporate records, letters, memos, ledgers, and reports to include but not be limited to : officer listings, annual financial reports and affidavits, business bank accounts and bank statements, meeting and minute motes, list of employees, state of Florida business filings and documents, tax records, and corporate electronic emails. What type of attorney do I need? , I tried getting a public defender but they said the there is no case number, so public defender can't be utilized.
