Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

I was the recipient of Guardianship proceedings where there's good evidence foul play was involved. I need to verify if my court appointed attorney remembers visiting me in the hospital at apposing counsels request. It was a very unique set of suspicious circumstances and my court appointed attorney stated as such when visiting me while suggesting that I do not sign those documents. There's no visitors log as the hospital was a mess and has now closed. This happened about 3 years ago in Florida. He may have still my files by law but this is something that would'nt necessarily be documented unless he can remember it.

For legal purposes I just need to find out if he remembers the visit or not. How do I go about contacting him to find this out? A letter? Email? Phone call? or is there some other way?
