Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida

Our manager has made rude remarks about a co-workers clothing. This co-worker does not have alot of money to buy the things she needs but keeps herself clean and presentable. I as well as other co- workers feel uncomfortable around these remarks.Are these remarks professional behavior ? And what can be done about this.

These comments should be reported immediately to the manager's supervisor or the human resources department. Don't delay and put it in writing.
