I REPORTED MY LAWYER TO THE FLORIDA BAR IN WRITTEN 25 PAGE LONG COMPLAINT LETTER, WRITTEN UNDER THE OATH ( SIGNED OATH). MY LAYER REPLY TO MY COMPLAINT
AND IS LAYING IN HIS REPLY TO BAR. BAR SEND ME COPY OF THE LETTER THEY SEND
MY LAWYER, WHERE THEY WRITE, THAT HIS REPLY TO OUR COMPLAINT " COULD GET PUBLIC".
dOES THAT MEAN, THAT MY LAYER IS NOT WRITING HIS REPLY UNDER THE OATH AND ONLY
I AM ? iF YES, THAT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE FAIR! PLEASE, REPLY.

A lawyer is an officer of the court, and all communication from the lawyer to the Bar is essentially under oath. If you have questions about the process, you should call the attorney handling the dispute at the bar.
