serving alcohol free
having a ribbon opening and would like to serve wine (for free) to potential clients. Is there any liabilities that we should be aware of or are we breaking the law?

Contact your municipal, county and state agencies regulating alcohol and confirm that you have all required permits and serve in small glasses to limit how much anyone drinks and don't serve anyone obviously impaired.
