Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
I signed an agreement to foreclosure upon my home gifted to me by my parents under duress. Now there is a foreclosure sale and my mother will be evicted. No mortgage was owed but my lawyer never really represented me. What can I do?

You need to contact an attorney with all your paperwork. You signed an agreement to foreclose upon a home gifted to you? foreclosure presumes a mortgage held against the property. You later state no mortgage was owed. What did you hire the attorney to do? Now your mother is being evicted by whom? There is information missing that is necessary to represent your interests.
