Slander, libelous remarks, and reputation
What is the legal standard by which Slander, libelous remarks, and reputation is at stake. How hard is it to win this type of case? And what are the legal avenues when someone places a comment on a Union webpage which is slanderous untruths. Is this something worth perusing?

You have a claim if something about you is published or said that is not true and harms you either emotionally or economically. An attorney will need to known more facts before we'll know if and where you need to sue. You should also take quick action to get the content down from the union site.
