Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
I sold an electronic item on Craigs List, which the buyer came saw, bought and paid for. At that time
I did not make any warranty or refund agreement to the buyer. Now he wants to return the items and wants his money back. Is he entitled to it legally?

No, he is not entitled to his money back. If you offered no warranty, then you are not required to return any money. Unless you offer a warranty or refund agreement, the law of "let the buyer beware" applies.

I concur with Mr. Rose. The sale is "as is."
