Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
i would like to sue cox cable they charged me for 6 fights in april they put six strangers name address and account number on my bill. They admit my bill is wrong and supposedly fix it each time i call but do not. They cut my cable off every month even though they know i don't owe them. I pay what i owe each month only. They basically put a debit and credit on ever time i call for the disputed amount. they have refunded some of the disconnect fees they charge.

stop calling them and put your complaints in writing. make them respond in writing.
