Suing for plagiarism

I was recently employed by a private college.

The college sends out a quarterly magazine. I was asked to submit a

short article for this magazine. After submitting the article, I was

fired for unrelated reasons. The magazine came out today with my

article published, but attributed to someone else. Can I sue?

That is a copywrite infringement. Your damages are limited though.
