Unfair settlement
How would I go about pursuing
action, assuming that I had been
coerced/intimidated into accepting
an unfair settlement in my P/I
lawsuit.

You would need to consult with a lawyer. Without some proof of coercion, you have a difficult if not impossible case to pursue.
