Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Florida
I work as a motorcycle technician and I damaged a motorcycle at work while on the clock. My boss is trying to have me pay for the damages to it; is that my responsibility?

Not a great place to work, but, yes -- an employee is liable for the things he damages. Typically, the employer covers this.
