Wrongful use of photos

I used to work at this office training on giving clients body robs, they convinced me to take some pictures of my self wearing a 2 piece bikini suit to attract clients, they've told that it would be posted on the web just for a month, well it's been five months since I left that job and they have not taken my photo down. What actions can I take?

Depends on what you signed, if anything, giving them permission to use your photo or what your agreement on the use of the photo was.
