Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida
3.850 motion inneffective counsel
post conviction relief for violating probation for a car accident that happened 1.5 years prior, still treating, pled to a theft charge and then get violated for ins fraud which was dismissed because my insurance was primary but investigators missed policy info?? arrested pled to get out of jail, attorney no file, nothing, no motions, never violated any conditions, 5 days before I can term I get arrested. 2 year window is tolling. If I win great case for malpractice.

Florida law requires that you porove innocence to bring a claim for legal malpractice arising out of criminal representation.
