Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida

What can I do about my husband's pain management doctor that got him addicted to pain meds. He has been abusing them for the past 4 to five years. I have spoken to his nurses twice and told them about the abuse and asked to have the doctor call me but he hasn't. The nurses assured me that he got my message. Can he be sued.

If the pain doctor was negligent in providing your husband with pain medications and your husband sustained damages because of it, you may have a claim.
