Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida

I live in Florida and have been receiving lawyer advertisements that violate the law by not having the word "advertisement" on the envelope. I am not trying to announce my recent traffic citation to the world and I also don't want my neighbors to receive letters by mistake that appear to show I have legal issues. I can only imagine my wife's reaction. What is my recourse for these illegal letters?

If the solicitations violate Florida Bar rules, you should definitely submit them to The Florida Bar in Tallahassee. If you'd like some assistance in that, please give us a call. Most lawyers do not like it much when other lawyers violate advertising rules.
