Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida
Motion to Dismiss
Just received a Motion to Dismiss from the lawyer that I am suing. What should my next move be and how long do I have to answer this motion?

Re: Motion to Dismiss
In most circuits you don't need to file anything. You can schedule the motion for a hearing and then get the court to decide the motion. You should probably consult with an attorney about representation. Legal malpractice claims are not simple to pursue without training in the area.
