Legal Question in Legal Malpractice in Florida
Prescirption was filled incorrectly and I ended up passing out and hitting my head, falling into the trunk of my car. The pharamaxy has excepted full liabiity. The insurance carrier said, "send me your bills and I will make you and offer" How much should they offer me as I did nor work not go to school for a week and I am still dizzzy from hitting my head. My bills are approximately $1200.00 at this point.
