Statue of Limitation?

I had an epidural ten years ago when I had my daughter. I don't remember much of that day, as they had me on 7 different medications. For three weeks after the birth of my daughter I was unable to get out of bed because of a spinal headache. Now, ten years later at the age of 29 I have pain in my lower back. I can not stand for a long period of time. I have bad migrains that last for days and am on pain meds for them. Is there anything I can do? I curently live in CA - this happened in FL.

You would need to obtain all of your medical records and immediately get them to a specialist for review. The most important point, of course, is to get well! I'm sure there are applicable statutes of limitation in FL of which I am unaware. You should re-post this question for an attorney in Florida. Good luck, and take care.
