can you sue if you have had a vicectome and then had a kid after having one? and if so how long do you have to do so?

If you had a vasectomy, you may have a claim against the doctor for medical malpractice. There is a statute of limitations, and the answer to your question depends on when you knew that your partner was pregnant, and that it was your "kid".
