Divorce mediation agreement
If two parties create a mediation agreement (legal and acknowledged by court), and one of the parties breaks it, and there is a hearing coming up, what can be done to the one who broke it by the judge? what punishment is possible?

Re: Divorce mediation agreement
In the worse case--and very rare--scenario, jail is a possibility, but it depends on what part of the mediation agreement was broken. For instance, if visitation is refused, the judge may change custody to the other parent. If one person refuses to pay alimony, the judge may order that an asset like a CD or a retirement account be liquidated to pay the alimony.
