divorce mediation
I filed for divorce online as missing spouse. .. .then I got a phone call from a mediator ....we set a date ... had dediation agreed on everything. .. my spouse hasn't returned the papers. .. .what do I do now and was the mediation required?

Yes, mediation is typically required. Just set your case for a hearing to enforce the mediated agreement.
