humilated
during a phone mediation for child vistation during christmas I was told by mediator that i was uneducated and he didn't want to talk to me as he hung up phone he told defendent to call his attorney. is this a common practice to insult plainiff

No. Unprofessional and rude. Sounds like the mediator didn't know what he was doing or was just an idiot.
