Can a judge alter a mediation agreement?
If two parties sign and agree to a mediation agreement, and one party breaks the agreement, does the judge have the power to change the mediation agreement in a hearing to favor the party who followed the agreement?

Generally, no, unless the agreement violated the law. You'd have to give more facts for me to give you a better answer, though.
