Tenant/Landlord
I had to replace the sink in a rental home. Under the FL Statutes, is the tenant responsible for that expense. I did not charge him, but his lease is up. Can I charge the repair/replacement cost against his deposit because it is his responsibiity to keep it in good repair? Thanks

Dear Landlord:
I need more information and a copy of the lease the tenant signed. If you wish more info I suggest you call my office for a consult. I do charge for the consult.
